Check to make sure you’re running the latest version of WordPress in addition to all your plugins.

If you’re still having trouble, a common error is not assigning a Member Type Name, Plural Label, and Singular Label in the BB Member Types section.

These need to be present before the Member Types will show up in the RCP Settings.
