Manual Installation of RCP AvaTax plugin

To install the RCP AvaTax plugin manually:

Upload the entire /restrict-content-pro-avalara directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate RCP AvaTax through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
